Pallets
Single and multi-pallet orders ship via freight carrier on a standard 48×40 pallet, delivered curbside. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. A liftgate and residential delivery may require an additional fee, quoted at checkout or by email.
Truckloads
Full and partial truckloads ship via LTL/FTL freight. You may arrange your own freight and use the “Pickup” option, or request a delivered freight quote from our team. Truckload lead times vary by origin distribution center.
Tracking
Once your load ships, we email your carrier and tracking details. Please inspect all deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
