Place Your Order
Choose your payment method and place your order. Your load is reserved for 48 hours while payment clears — nobody can buy it out from under you.

We Book the Freight
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after cleared payment. Freight is free to all 50 states. Select a no-cost pallet liftgate at checkout when needed; full semis require an unloading plan. Lower-48 pallet and truckload transit is normally 2–5 business days.

Receive & Resell
Inspect at the curb and note visible damage on the BOL before signing. BOL-noted freight damage, a wrong load, defective delivery beyond the stated condition, or material misrepresentation may qualify under our 30-day covered-claims policy.
Know Exactly What You Are Buying
Liquidation only works when the seller tells the truth about the load. Every Vault Bridge listing spells out the source store, the condition mix — new overstock, shelf pulls, open-box, or customer returns — and the category mix. Vault Bridge specializes in unmanifested loads, priced for the discount that uncertainty deserves; you buy the mix by volume, not a line-by-line list.
Name-brand goods come out of the retailers’ own liquidation channels, so apparel loads from names like Nike and Lululemon arrive authentic, most of it new with tags. What we will never do is dress salvage up as store returns or quote a “retail value” nobody actually gets — the per-listing economics on every product page are built from real resale benchmarks.

Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no order minimum. Buy one listed lot or scale to a full truckload; standard freight remains free.
What if my load arrives damaged?
Write visible damage on the BOL before signing and contact us promptly. BOL-noted freight damage is handled under our 30-day covered-claims policy, including return freight when an authorized return is required.
Can I return a load I simply changed my mind on?
No. WPS-style liquidation terms do not allow change-of-mind or buyer’s-remorse returns. Covered delivery problems remain protected under the published claims policy.
How do card payments work with no card form at checkout?
Choose Credit/Debit Card at checkout and our team emails you a secure pay-link. The order sits reserved and on-hold for 48 hours while you complete payment.
