Vault Bridge Liquidators LLC sells liquidation returns, overstock, shelf pulls, and closeouts. Warranty coverage is different from an ordinary retail purchase because the merchandise is sold in mixed lots and as-is. This policy explains the difference between product warranty coverage and our delivery-accuracy claims process.
We do not test, repair, or refurbish every item unless a specific listing says otherwise. Customer-return and mixed-condition lots may include opened packaging, wear, missing parts, or units that need testing or repair. This normal as-is variation is reflected in the liquidation price.
Vault Bridge does not issue an extended, service, or individual-item seller warranty. No blanket warranty period applies across a pallet or truckload, and no implied warranty is provided beyond what applicable law requires and what our published Returns and Refunds Policy expressly covers.
Our responsibility is to deliver the lot described. Contact us within 30 days when the shipment has freight damage recorded on the BOL, is the wrong load, arrives defective beyond the stated lot condition, or is materially worse than described. A shortage over 10% is covered only when the lot was sold with an itemized manifest. Unmanifested and mystery lots do not qualify for shortage claims. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for the complete process.
Inspect and test merchandise before resale. Any return promise, warranty, or representation you give your own customer is your responsibility and is not backed by Vault Bridge.
