These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Vault Bridge Liquidators LLC website and every order placed with us. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping, Returns and Refunds, Warranty, Payment, and Privacy policies.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Our pallets, truckloads, and mixed lots are intended for resale or business use. Buyers are responsible for following the laws, labeling rules, safety requirements, and consumer obligations that apply when merchandise is resold.
3. Products, Prices, and Estimates
Prices are displayed in US dollars and include standard freight to an eligible US delivery address. There is no minimum order value. A listing may occasionally contain a pricing, description, or availability error. We may correct the error or cancel the affected order and return any payment received.
Unit counts, category mixes, and estimated retail values are good-faith estimates unless a listing expressly provides an itemized manifest. They do not guarantee exact contents, individual-item condition, sell-through, or resale value.
4. Payment and Reservation
Checkout accepts bank wire or ACH transfer, credit or debit card (via a secure emailed payment link), Zelle, Apple Pay (Apple Cash), Cash App, and Chime. For every method you place your order and we follow up with the payment details to complete it. We do not collect or store full card numbers on this website.
An order reserves the lot for 48 hours while payment clears. The order is confirmed and scheduled for shipment after cleared payment is received. If payment does not clear within 48 hours, the reservation may be released.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious listing error, or payment that cannot be verified. Any collected payment for a cancelled order is returned in full. An order cannot be cancelled after shipment; the Returns and Refunds Policy then controls.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
We arrange free standard shipping within all 50 states. Freight is delivered curbside. Title and risk of loss pass at delivery. The buyer must inspect freight and record visible damage or a missing handling unit on the Bill of Lading before signing. 7. As-Is Merchandise and Returns
Liquidation merchandise is sold as described and as-is. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. The Returns and Refunds Policy covers reported freight damage, an incorrect load, material misrepresentation, defective delivery beyond the stated condition, and qualifying shortages on manifested lots. Unmanifested and mystery lots do not qualify for shortage claims.
8. Warranty
Vault Bridge does not provide a blanket seller warranty for individual liquidation items. Any manufacturer warranty varies by product, brand, and condition and is handled by the manufacturer. See the Warranty Policy.
9. Brands and Trademarks
Vault Bridge is an independent liquidator, not an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the brands named in listings. Brand and retailer names are used only to describe the reported source or likely contents of a lot. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from purchasing, processing, or reselling liquidation merchandise.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
