Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after cleared payment. Transit is normally 1–3 business days for parcels, 2–5 for lower-48 pallets and truckloads, and 3–7 for Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking is provided.

We deliver within the United States only. Delivery to a US freight forwarder requires prior written arrangement; the buyer handles any international transportation afterward.

Be available at the delivery address, inspect the load at the curb, and note any visible damage or shortage on the BOL before signing. A clean signature makes freight claims much harder to win.

For a pallet, select the no-cost curbside liftgate option at checkout if there is no dock or forklift. A full truckload requires a dock, forklift, or other unloading plan.

Each listing states its mix: new overstock, shelf pulls, open-box, or customer returns. We source new, overstock, and clean-returns loads — we do not dress salvage up as store returns.

Yes. Loads come from the retailers’ own liquidation channels. Brand apparel loads (Nike, Lululemon, and similar) arrive authentic, most of it new with tags.

These are unmanifested loads, so item mixes and stated counts are estimates. Shortage claims do not apply to unmanifested or mystery lots. A wrong load or material misrepresentation remains a covered problem.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. BOL-noted freight damage, a wrong load, defective delivery beyond the stated condition, or material misrepresentation may be reported within 30 days under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

No. Change-of-mind and buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted for liquidation lots.

After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

There is no blanket seller warranty. A manufacturer warranty may apply only when the manufacturer recognizes it for an eligible sealed item. Our protection is the 30-day covered-claims process described in the Warranty Policy.

No license is required to buy from us. A resale certificate from your state can help you buy tax-advantaged and is worth setting up once you resell regularly.
