Vault Bridge Liquidators LLC provides free shipping on every order to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum order value and no separate freight charge at checkout. The listed merchandise price includes standard delivery to the address entered with the order.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or deliver directly to an overseas destination. An exporter may arrange the international portion separately after delivery to an eligible US address.
Reservation and Processing
Checkout reserves the selected lot for 48 hours while payment is completed. Once cleared payment is received, we process the order within 24 to 48 hours, subject to the carrier\’s pickup schedule. If payment does not clear during the reservation period, the lot may be released back into available inventory.
Carriers and Packaging
Small shipments move through national parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Pallets ship by less-than-truckload freight, and full truckloads move on freight trailers. Pallets are wrapped and secured for transit, with banding or corner protection added where appropriate.
Estimated Transit After Dispatch
Parcel and small-lot orders: usually 1 to 3 business days.
Pallet and truckload orders in the lower 48 states: usually 2 to 5 business days.
Alaska and Hawaii: usually 3 to 7 business days.
These are carrier estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, appointment availability, carrier volume, and an inaccessible destination can affect delivery.
Curbside and Liftgate Delivery
Freight delivery is curbside. A dock or forklift is the easiest way to receive a pallet. If neither is available, select \”Liftgate requested\” at checkout and the carrier will lower the pallet to ground level. Standard liftgate service for a pallet is included with our free freight program when requested before booking. You remain responsible for moving the pallet from the curb. Full truckloads require a suitable dock, forklift, or unloading plan and are not handled as single-pallet liftgate deliveries.
Inspect Before Signing
Before signing the carrier\’s Bill of Lading or delivery receipt:
Confirm the number of pallets or handling units delivered.
Inspect the wrap, cartons, and pallet for visible transit damage.
Write any visible damage or missing handling unit on the BOL before the driver leaves and take clear photographs.
Freight damage must be documented on the BOL at delivery to qualify as a covered freight claim. If a shipment appears severely damaged, note the reason on the BOL, refuse it when appropriate, and contact us the same day.
Accurate Delivery Information
Provide a correct address, working telephone number, and any residential or limited-access details when ordering. Charges caused by an incorrect address, a missed appointment, an unreachable recipient, or an inaccessible delivery location may be passed to the buyer.
