Liquidation merchandise is sold as-is. Pallets and truckloads are overstock and customer-return goods that are not inspected piece-by-piece, and the mix of items in each load is not guaranteed — that variability is a normal feature of the product.
If your load arrives with freight damage, note it on the delivery receipt and email photos to Sales@vaultbridgeliquidatorsllc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve valid freight-damage claims.
If we shipped the wrong load or there was an error on our end, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Because of the as-is nature of liquidation goods, we cannot accept returns based on the specific assortment of items inside a pallet. If you have questions before you buy, email Sales@vaultbridgeliquidatorsllc.com and we’ll help you choose the right load.
